This privacy policy informs you of the use of personal data submitted to us when using Apps from Update Affärssystem AB with Business Central.

Update Affärssystem AB will always comply with applicable privacy laws, as well as ensure that personal data is processed confidentially. Update Affärssystem AB will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Update Affärssystem AB will process the following personal data:

•    Name, title and company name

•    Contact information. i.e phone number and e-mail

•    If you contact Update Affärssystem AB, we store correspondence or comments, which may contain personal data, to provide better service if you contact Update Affärssystem AB again.

Purpose of Processing

Apps labelled Update Affärssystem AB in AppSource is a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Add-On which is developed by Update Affärssystem AB. By entering into a license agreement regarding the Product with Update Affärssystem AB, certain information regarding the data subject signing the agreement on behalf of the contracting party and/or contact persons for the license will be processed by Update Affärssystem AB. Update Affärssystem AB may also provide support to the license, whereby contact information of employees may be processed.

The personal data is processed for the purpose of effectuating the license agreement entered by the licensee and Update Affärssystem AB and to provide support as agreed between the parties.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is necessary for the entering into a contract to which the license is a party or to take steps at the request of the licensee prior to entering the contract.

The processing of personal data is therefore necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Update Affärssystem AB as controller of the personal data and the legitimate interests of the licensee. Those interests override the interest or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects who represents the license in relation to Update Affärssystem AB (GDPR art 6.1 f).

Update Affärssystem AB will further process personal data to the extent that Update Affärssystem AB is required to do so by law or decision by a competent authority (GDPR art 6.1 c).

Update Affärssystem AB is not a controller nor a processor of personal data which the license submits to the Products.

Transfer of Data

Update Affärssystem AB will only transfer personal data to third party’s if obligated to do so according to law. Update Affärssystem AB will only transfer data to third countries if the recipient of the personal data has signed the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with applicable law at every given time. Update Affärssystem AB will further ensure that the personal data has the equivalent protection as that guaranteed within the EU.

Security

Update Affärssystem AB ensures that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or destruction, illegal processing or accidental loss or damage.

Update Affärssystem AB uses a secure server where your personal data is processed and limits access to personal data within the organization. Authorization to access personal data is given only to individuals within the organization, or within the Data Processor and its sub-processor, for the sole purpose of carrying out their respective duties.

Your rights

You are entitled to request access to and rectification of personal data as well as erasure of personal data, restriction of processing or object to processing (if in accordance with applicable privacy laws). Furthermore, you have a right of access to the personal data that you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (portability). You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, www.datainspektionen.se.
